we're a small operator team building growth systems for DTC brands. we collect data so we can talk to the people who'd actually benefit from working with us. this page tells you what we collect, why, and how to turn it off.

who we are

convey growth is a brand of ohzehn group ltd. you can reach us at hello@conveygrowth.com for any privacy question, deletion request, or to opt out of marketing.

what we collect

• identifiers: ip address, browser, device, referring url, pages you visit, time on site, scroll depth.
• contact info you give us: name, email, company, role, anything you write in a form or send to dale, dougie, or hannah.
• analytics: aggregated behavior (which sections people read, which CTAs convert) via privacy-respecting analytics.
• marketing attribution: UTM parameters, click IDs (fbclid, gclid, ttclid), so we can credit which channel sent you.
• doodles: if you draw on the notepad during your visit, those strokes live in your browser only and reset when you reload. we don't ship them anywhere.

why we collect it

• to understand which brands and roles land here so we can write better copy and ship better lanes.
• to follow up by email if you start a conversation. we won't spam. if you ask us to stop, we stop.
• to run paid acquisition (meta, google, tiktok) and measure which campaigns send the right people.
• to refine the site itself, the way any operator would.

we use first-party and third-party cookies. you can choose how much you let us see when the banner first appears, and you can change your mind anytime by clearing your browser's site data for conveygrowth.com.

who we share data with

we share with platforms that help us run the business: email tools (we use ones with proper data agreements), analytics, ad networks, and our own CRM. we don't sell your data. we don't share it with anyone outside the operator team unless required by law.

your rights

you can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, delete it, or export it. email hello@conveygrowth.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. residents of the EU, UK, and California (CCPA) have specific statutory rights we honor on request.

retention

we keep prospect data for as long as the relationship is alive, plus a 24-month window after the last contact. analytics and ad-attribution data is aggregated and retained per the platform's defaults. we'll delete identifiable records sooner on request.

international transfers

we operate from hong kong and pennsylvania, USA. depending on the tool, your data may sit on US, EU, or asia-pacific servers. we only use vendors with appropriate cross-border transfer mechanisms.

kids

this site is meant for founders, operators, and people who decide DTC marketing budgets. it's not directed at anyone under 16.

changes

if we change anything material, we'll update this page and ping the banner. the version below tells you when we last touched it.
