Terms
These are the terms for using conveygrowth.com. The site belongs to Forward Deployed Labs LLC, doing business as Convey Growth, in Miami, Florida. By using the site you agree to them. If you hire us, the agreement we sign governs that work, and where it says something different from this page, the agreement wins.

What the site is
The site describes what we do and lets you ask us for a free read of your store or send us a message. There are no accounts to create and nothing to buy on it. You can read it, link to it and send us a form. That is the whole arrangement.
The free read
What is it?
A written review of your store built from what is public: your site, your pages, what anyone can see from the outside. We do not log in to anything and we do not need access to anything. We aim to send it within 48 hours of your request.
What does it cost, and what do I owe you?
Nothing, either way. Asking for it commits you to nothing, and sending it commits us to nothing. We may decline to write one, for example if the store is not a consumer brand or we cannot see enough from the outside, and if we decline we say so.
Can I rely on it?
It is our opinion, formed from public information in a short window. It is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and we do not promise that acting on it will produce any result. What you do with it is your call.
Whose store can I submit?
A store you own or are authorized to ask about. Everything we look at is public either way, but the read is written for the person who runs the store.
No professional advice
Everything on this site is general information about how we work and what we have seen. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a promise about your business. Decisions you make after reading it are yours.
The results we show
The numbers on this site come from the records of the stores we have worked on, each shown with its label and its date window. They are observed results from those stores in those windows, not isolated causal lift, and they are not a prediction of what any other store will see. Client names, store images and films appear only with that client's permission.
What is ours
The words, design, code, images and films on this site belong to Forward Deployed Labs LLC or are used with permission. Client brand names, logos and store images belong to those clients. You may read the site, link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy pages, scrape the site, republish our material or present it as your own.
If you think something on the site should not be here, including a reference to your brand, email dale@conveygrowth.com and we will sort it out quickly.
Using the site
Do not try to break it. No attacks, no scraping, no automated submissions to the forms, no false information in them and nothing unlawful. We can block anyone who does. We may change the site, take pages down or stop offering the free read at any time.
Links
The site links to other sites, including client stores and the tools we use. We do not control them, their terms apply there, and we are not responsible for what they say or what they do with your data.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We do what we can to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always up, and we do not promise any result from using it or from the free read.
To the extent the law allows, Forward Deployed Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from the site or the free read, and our total liability for anything to do with the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow some of these limits, and where that is so they apply only as far as the law allows. None of this changes what a signed client agreement says, which has its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about the site is heard in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We can change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and using the site after that means you accept the new version. A signed client agreement never changes because this page did.
