What we take over.
Ads, creative, site, email and retention, run by two operators inside your own Shopify, Klaviyo and ad accounts. Every number read against a baseline frozen before anything changes.
Four layers. One record.
Measurement
One record of the business: your store, your ad platforms, your email and Amazon, collected on a schedule and rebuilt into the board every morning. Four weeks of the old store are frozen as the baseline before anything changes. Every dollar counted once.
Funnel
The storefront treated like a product. Pages for each kind of customer, the cart, checkout, reviews, speed on a phone. Rebuilt or fixed in your own Shopify and tested against the baseline. The old site stays up until the new one is proven.
Retention
Flows and campaigns written in your voice, designed and checked on the board before a single send. Subscriptions set to the real reorder cycle. The second order is where the money is, and almost nobody builds for it.
Acquisition
Meta, Google, creators and whitelisted ads, each on written rules: a ceiling on paid cost per new customer and a floor on margin. Cross either and the ad comes off. Judged on new customers the store actually recorded. Spend grows only while the number holds.
In that order.
Fix conversion first. Then compound retention. Then scale acquisition. Ads on a leaky store buy expensive customers, so the store gets fixed before spend goes up.
Install, then run it.
Install. One time, about three weeks.
A fixed scope, built in your own accounts, with the baseline frozen in week one.
- The board, live
- The store, rebuilt or fixed
- Flows written in your voice
- Ads on written rules
- The first creative, cut from your footage
- The old site up until the new one is proven
Operate. Month to month.
We stay in the seat and run it with you.
- A weekly hour with you or the founder
- A Friday numbers email, the good weeks and the flat ones
- Every page, email and ad signed off on the board before it ships
- Leave any month. The store, the flows and the ads stay yours
We take four installs at a time.
Some of this runs on tools we built.
The board, the ad rules and the Friday email run on tools we built ourselves. They run inside your accounts. What they build there, the store, the flows, the ads, the content, is yours.
Who it's for.
A founder still running the marketing
Consumer brands doing $1M to $15M a year with a product people reorder or give. Food, beverage, body, home, hobby. Selling on your own store, and often on Amazon, at retail or on TikTok Shop. If the founder is still the marketing department, that's usually us.
If you have a CMO, or a vendor you love
You hold the strategy, the brief and the founder. We hold the execution, inside the accounts. Everyone reads the same board on Monday. If you'd rather keep a vendor the founder loves, we build around them, and everyone sees the same numbers.
What we refer out
Brand strategy, packaging that wins on a shelf, the sell deck, the retail entry. When a founder needs those, we send them to people who've done it at scale.
Brands with a team already in place
A marketing team and agencies already in place make it a different conversation. If the read says so, we'll say so, in writing.
What you've bought before.
| An agency | A freelancer or two | Software you run yourself | Convey | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | An account manager, then whoever is on the bench this month. | One good person, until they're busy. | You, after the onboarding call. | Two operators, inside your accounts, every week. |
| Where it lives | Their tools, their logins, their reports. | Their laptop. | Another subscription in the stack. | Your Shopify, your Klaviyo, your ad accounts. You own all of it. |
| How it's measured | Platform dashboards. Meta says Meta worked. | Screenshots. | Its own numbers. | One board, a frozen baseline, every channel counted once. |
| Scope | One channel, one lane. The rest is someone else's job. | One skill. | One job. | Ads, creative, site, email and retention, as one system. |
| Speed to live | Three months of discovery. | Depends. | Day one, then it sits. | About three weeks to install. |
| When it ends | The retainer ends, the work stops, the logins go dark. | They leave with the context. | Export what you can. | Month to month. The store, the flows and the ads stay yours and keep running. |
Five vendors, five dashboards, zero owners.
An app charges you forever. Yours is built once.
| A subscription app | Subscriptions you own | |
|---|---|---|
| What it costs | $499 a month, plus 1% of subscription sales, plus $0.19 a transaction. Forever. | Built once, on Shopify's own contracts. No monthly fee, no cut. |
| Where it lives | Their platform, their portal. | Your Shopify, on your own domain. |
| When you leave | Export what you can. | Nothing changes. It's yours. |
Published pricing of a leading subscription app as of Oct 12, 2026. The money side only.
When to bring us in.
When the website has to carry its weight.
A founder selling direct, or about to, where the store, the email and the ads all land on one person. We install the four layers in about three weeks and run them.
When retail is in and your store has to feed the shelf.
Velocity has to go up and every ad dollar has to count. Every channel gets its own frozen baseline first, so a dollar on Meta is read on Amazon, at the retailer and on the website.
Before a raise or a rollout.
A deck reads better with a board behind it. Three weeks is enough if we start now. The read is free either way.
When the current vendor's numbers disagree with your Shopify.
The attribution tab shows who is counting what. Sometimes that's the whole engagement.
Every week runs the same way.
Monday
Read the board against the baseline, the same ruler every week.
Tuesday
Whatever fails its number comes off. Spend moves only where the number holds.
Wednesday
Ship. Pages, emails and ads, each signed off on the shared board first.
Friday
The numbers, in writing. This week, last week, since launch, one ruler.
