A loyal following. A store that couldn't keep up.
Storefront rebuilt in about three weeks in the founder's own accounts, the old site up until the new one was proven. Subscriptions, flows and the board launched together.

What we took over.
The store, the email and subscriptions, the ads on Meta and Google, the creators, and the measurement. All of it inside the founder's own Shopify, Klaviyo and ad accounts.
A product people loved and a following that kept growing, on a store that fell behind both.
What we installed.
The storefront
Rebuilt in about three weeks from the brand's own data and reviews. The old site stayed up until the new one was proven.
Subscriptions and flows
Subscriptions and the retention flows, written in the founder's voice and signed off on the board before they sent.
Creators and whitelisted ads
A creator hub with approvals and attribution built in, and whitelisted ads run through it.
Gifting for Q4
A gifting system built for the holiday run.
The board
Baseline frozen before the switch. Revenue, orders, new customers and paid cost per new customer, read every morning against the old site.
How we ran it.
Monday, the board against the baseline. Tuesday, whatever failed its number came off. Wednesday, ship. Friday, the numbers in writing, the good weeks and the flat ones.
Spend on Meta and Google moved only where paid cost per new customer held under the ceiling. Paid spend per new customer went from $65 in the first week after launch to $55 since launch (Aug 28 to Oct 8, 2026). The week it hit $61 against the $55 ceiling, the budget step was held.
The week of Sep 25 to Oct 1, 2026, Meta claimed 243 orders. The store could tie 134 to a Meta first visit. The board showed both, next to each other, and nobody had to argue.
The founder has since brought us her second brand.
